Yes, completely free. There is no joining fee or subscription charge of any kind. Creating a BetRupees account costs nothing — you only put money in when you are ready to make your first deposit. The minimum first deposit is Rs 500, and there is no obligation to deposit immediately after registering.

You must be at least 18 years old. BetRupees is a strict 18+ platform. Your date of birth is collected during registration and verified against national records. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed permanently without notice and any balance is forfeited. There are no exceptions.

No. BetRupees enforces a strict one-account-per-person rule. Each CNIC and mobile number can be associated with only one BetRupees account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts linked to the same individual are closed and the balances forfeited. If you have genuinely forgotten your login details rather than wanting a fresh start, contact support@betrupees.ws to recover your existing account.

Not immediately. CNIC upload is not required at the registration stage for standard play. BetRupees may request identity verification documents — CNIC copy plus a selfie — before processing large withdrawals or if compliance checks flag an account. For day-to-day betting at normal stakes, you will not be asked to upload anything beyond your initial registration details.

Log in while you still have access to your old number, go to Account Settings, and update the mobile number there. BetRupees will send an OTP to both the old and new numbers to confirm the change. If you have already lost access to the old number before updating it, email support@betrupees.ws with your account details and the team will verify your identity through alternative means before making the change.

You can request permanent account closure either through the Responsible Gaming section in Account Settings (where it appears as a permanent self-exclusion option) or by emailing support@betrupees.ws. Before closure, any remaining balance is paid out to your verified payment method. Permanent closures cannot be reversed — if you are considering this due to a gambling problem specifically, please review the Responsible Gaming page first for support options.

BetRupees is designed for Pakistani players. If you hold a Pakistani CNIC and a Pakistani mobile number, registration is possible regardless of your current physical location. However, some features — particularly certain payment methods — may only be available from within Pakistan. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current payment method availability.

BetRupees accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are the most popular among Pakistani players because they credit your account within seconds — no waiting at all.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited within seconds in almost all cases. NayaPay and SadaPay transfers typically process within a few minutes. BetRupees does not charge deposit fees on its end. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — for example, some banks charge a nominal IBFT fee. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, deposits to BetRupees are generally treated as standard wallet transfers and incur no additional fees beyond what the provider's standard rates would apply. Check with your specific provider if you are uncertain.

Failed deposits are usually caused by one of three things: insufficient balance in your payment wallet, your payment provider's daily transaction limit being reached, or a temporary technical issue between the payment gateway and your provider. Check your Easypaisa or JazzCash balance and daily limit first. If the balance is fine, wait 5 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact support@betrupees.ws with the error message you received.

If the withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours with no explanation, contact support@betrupees.ws with your withdrawal reference number.

BetRupees does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Frequent small withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee as noted in the Terms and Conditions — this is to discourage pattern behaviour that places strain on the payment processing system. For standard withdrawals of Rs 500 or more, there are no fees on BetRupees' side.

No. BetRupees applies a strict withdrawal-to-original-source policy. Funds are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit — your Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash wallet, bank account or card on file. This is an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure that protects both players and the platform. If your original payment method is no longer available (e.g., you changed mobile numbers), contact support@betrupees.ws before requesting a withdrawal.

Bonus funds have wagering requirements that must be met before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for BetRupees bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For cricket specifically: if a match is abandoned before a result is possible (e.g., due to rain with no reserve day), bets are voided and stakes returned to your account. If a match is postponed, bets typically remain active and transfer to the new date. If the rescheduled date is more than 48 hours later, stakes are usually returned. Yes. BetRupees supports single bets, doubles, trebles, and full accumulators. Add multiple selections to your bet slip and the system will automatically calculate accumulator odds and potential payout. Minimum legs for an accumulator is 2. There is a maximum number of legs per accumulator bet as displayed in the bet slip. Accumulators must all win for the bet to pay out — one lost leg voids the entire accumulator.

BetRupees displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward for Pakistani players — the number shown represents your total return per Rs 1 staked, including your stake back. For example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 2,500 total (Rs 1,500 profit plus your Rs 1,000 stake).
