BetRupees Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

By accessing or using the BetRupees platform — whether through the website at betrupees.ws, the BetRupees mobile application, or any other medium through which BetRupees services are made available — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and BetRupees as the platform operator. Your continued use of BetRupees following any published amendment to these terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the updated version. BetRupees recommends reviewing these terms periodically.

Where any BetRupees promotion, tournament, or feature carries its own specific terms, those specific terms apply in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a direct conflict between specific and general terms, the more specific document governs in relation to that particular promotion or feature.

To register and maintain an active BetRupees account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. BetRupees is strictly an 18+ platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned without payment of winnings.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities are not permitted to hold BetRupees accounts.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on BetRupees or any other platform through a voluntary self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's payment method without explicit authorisation from BetRupees compliance.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

BetRupees operates primarily for players in Pakistan. Players accessing BetRupees from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local law. BetRupees accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform where doing so is not permitted.

Each person is permitted to hold one BetRupees account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited, including any winnings generated.

When registering your BetRupees account you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (CNIC), your date of birth, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. BetRupees may request copies of your CNIC, a selfie, or utility bill for verification purposes at any time — this is a standard security procedure and not a reflection of any suspicion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetRupees account password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with any other person. BetRupees accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your BetRupees account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact BetRupees support at support@betrupees.ws immediately. BetRupees will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending the outcome.

BetRupees accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All deposits must be made through payment methods registered in the account holder's own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued cards.

The minimum deposit at BetRupees is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for most methods, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits which BetRupees cannot override.

Deposits are credited to your BetRupees account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within seconds for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to two hours during business days depending on your bank's processing times.

BetRupees does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your payment provider or bank are your responsibility and are separate from your BetRupees account activity. BetRupees strongly recommends using Easypaisa or JazzCash for the fastest and most cost-effective deposit experience.

Withdrawals from your BetRupees account must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your BetRupees account. BetRupees does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances — this is an anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived.

The minimum withdrawal amount at BetRupees is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will be rejected and the amount returned to your BetRupees account balance. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts in good standing, though very large withdrawals may be processed in multiple tranches at BetRupees' discretion.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of the request being approved. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one to four business hours. BetRupees operates withdrawal processing 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are no withdrawal fees charged by BetRupees, though your payment provider may charge receiving fees.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, BetRupees may require identity verification if not already completed. This typically involves confirming your CNIC details and the payment method account ownership. BetRupees will communicate any verification requirements clearly and promptly.

BetRupees offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, free spins on slots, sports free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as PSL, Eid ul-Fitr, and Eid ul-Adha.

All bonuses at BetRupees are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are always stated clearly in the specific promotion terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all BetRupees promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, per IP address
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or players
• BetRupees reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time, provided existing wagering commitments on active bonuses are honoured
• Bets made with bonus funds that are subsequently reversed by BetRupees (for example due to a void market) do not count toward wagering requirements
• Free spins have a fixed value per spin as stated in the specific promotion terms
• Winnings from free spins are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal
• The maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 2,000 per bet or spin unless the specific bonus states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim the same promotion multiple times, coordinated bonus farming — will result in all accounts involved being closed and all balances forfeited

All sports bets placed on BetRupees are final once confirmed. Once your bet has been accepted and a confirmation reference has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. BetRupees strongly recommends reviewing your betslip carefully before confirming any wager.

BetRupees displays odds in decimal format. The minimum single bet is Rs 100 and the minimum total stake on an accumulator is also Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. BetRupees reserves the right to limit the maximum bet on any market at any time at its discretion.

In the event of a technical error affecting the display of odds — for example where a price has been published incorrectly due to a data feed error — BetRupees reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price. In such cases the full stake is returned to the player's account balance. BetRupees will make every reasonable effort to honour correctly priced bets and will communicate clearly in any case where bets are voided for technical reasons.

For abandoned or postponed events, BetRupees follows standard industry settlement rules: matches abandoned before the minimum required playing time (sport-specific) are voided and stakes refunded. Postponed matches are settled if rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time — beyond that, bets are voided and stakes returned.

All casino and slot games available on BetRupees are provided by third-party licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming and others. These studios operate independently certified random number generators. BetRupees does not control individual game outcomes and cannot alter results in favour of or against any player.

In the event of a technical malfunction of a casino or slot game — server disconnection, display error, software crash — bets that were in progress at the time of the malfunction will be settled according to the game's last valid recorded state. Where the game state cannot be determined from server logs, bets may be voided and stakes returned. BetRupees will investigate all reported game malfunctions promptly.

BetRupees live dealer casino games are streamed from certified studios. In the unlikely event of a stream disconnection during a live game round, bets already placed and accepted will be settled based on the outcome of the round as recorded by the studio. If the round cannot be completed and the outcome is not determinable, affected bets will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetRupees and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering — using BetRupees to process proceeds of crime or to disguise the source of funds
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, co-ordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms
• Collusion — in any poker, live dealer or peer-to-peer game, any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Chargebacks — fraudulently disputing a deposit transaction with your payment provider after the funds have been used for betting at BetRupees
• Software exploitation — using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over BetRupees
• Match fixing — placing bets on events in which you have material inside knowledge or in which you or a connected party has the ability to influence the outcome
• Impersonation — providing false identity information or impersonating another individual

You may close your BetRupees account at any time by contacting support at support@betrupees.ws. Before closing your account, BetRupees will settle any pending bets and process any outstanding withdrawal requests. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations that existed at the time of closure.

BetRupees reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to cases of verified prohibited conduct, identity verification failure, fraudulent activity, ongoing dispute, or where BetRupees reasonably believes the account poses a compliance risk. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BetRupees will communicate the reason and expected timeline as promptly as practicable.

In cases where an account is closed due to proven fraud or prohibited conduct, BetRupees reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance. In all other cases of account closure initiated by either party, the available balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

BetRupees is committed to responsible gaming and provides a full suite of player self-management tools directly within every account. These tools are available to all players regardless of their activity level and can be activated immediately without any cooling-off period (except where removing a limit requires a mandatory waiting period to prevent impulsive decision-making).

Available responsible gaming tools at BetRupees include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a deposit limit require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits — set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. When reached, further betting is paused until the period resets.

Game content is owned by the respective game studios and is licensed to BetRupees for display on the platform. Players have no intellectual property rights in relation to any game content and may not reproduce, copy or distribute game assets for any purpose.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BetRupees platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to commercial use, bulk downloading, scraping, or any use that is inconsistent with these terms.

BetRupees provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While BetRupees makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and technical faults beyond BetRupees' reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

BetRupees' total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BetRupees accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including but not limited to lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or data loss — arising from platform unavailability or technical faults.

BetRupees is not liable for any losses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, from the actions of third parties, or from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures beyond BetRupees' control.

BetRupees reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BetRupees will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or for security reasons.

Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of BetRupees after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you should cease using BetRupees and close your account before the effective date.

Any disputes arising from the use of BetRupees will be governed by these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time the dispute arose. BetRupees will make archived versions of previous terms available on request for the purpose of resolving disputes relating to past events.
