This Privacy Policy explains how BetRupees — the online betting platform operated at betrupees.ws — collects, uses, stores and protects the personal information of its users. • Account credentials — your chosen username and encrypted password (BetRupees never stores passwords in plain text)
• Payment data — your linked Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile wallet number, bank account details for IBFT, or the masked first-six and last-four digits of a linked Visa or Mastercard
• Communication records — the content of any messages you send to BetRupees support, including live chat transcripts, emails, and call records where applicable

Information collected automatically:

• Technical data — your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type and model, screen resolution, and time zone

When you link an Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, BetRupees stores only the mobile number associated with that wallet — not your wallet PIN or login credentials. When you make a deposit, the transaction is initiated through the payment provider's own secure interface, and BetRupees receives only a transaction confirmation reference and the amount.

For bank IBFT transfers, BetRupees stores your bank account number and the name on the account for the purpose of processing withdrawals to verified accounts. This information is stored in encrypted form and is accessible only to the BetRupees payments team for the purpose of processing your transactions.

Where data is no longer required and the retention period has expired, BetRupees deletes or securely anonymises the data so it can no longer be attributed to you as an individual. *Partial erasure: BetRupees must retain certain categories of data for legal compliance (AML, financial records). We will advise clearly which data can and cannot be deleted when you submit an erasure request.

BetRupees is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Registration requires a date of birth and CNIC details which are verified against available identity records — this process is specifically designed to prevent underage access.

If BetRupees becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all data will be deleted as promptly as legally permissible, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method without payment of any winnings.
